National Green Building Research
The NGBC in AURI conducts policy support and research on architectural and urban policies in accordance with the wide-scale agenda on new climate regime as determined by the UN, including greenhouse gas mitigation, climate change adaptation, disaster loss and damage minimization efforts. The NGBC in AURI has been designated as one of the National Green Building Centers by the “Green Building Act” since 2013.
Main Functions

Support research on sustainable architectural urban policies for responding to the new climate system and strengthening safety.

Conduct research on the policy direction for climate change response-integrated safety architecture as a new area of business

Support greenhouse gas reduction tasks and policies as a nationally designated green building center.
