Summary
Urban regeneration project is different from the existing urban planning project in various aspects, however specific business model was not organized, thus various issues were reported during the project. Because of the small quantity batch production type business entity, it requires frequent collaboration with various specialists of culture, economics, urban architecture, welfare, tourism, and art. However, finding business entity and collaborations are difficult due to the limitation of human resources in the urban regeneration support center, managing coordinator, and organization for urban regeneration support. Because of the characteristics, diverse business entity, it requires frequent meetings with various entities, however it is difficult to organize a meeting due to the limitation of time and space.
