Summary
The Korea government obliged provision of information of products for the purpose of protection of the rights and interests of consumers and establishment of fair trade order. However, there are no legal obligation for building. Most of building information have been managed customized central and local governments’ administrative maintenance interests.
The research intended to investigate legislative systems regarding building information manual and case study in Korea, United Kingdom and Japan, and suggested the direction of policy implementations on building instruction manual.
