This study was conducted to review the major issues raised in previous discussions concerning the Building Act, identify problems in its nature and structure, analyze key issues for architectural administration innovation and regulatory reform, and propose practical legislative alternatives for the efficient revision of the Building Act. Through this process, it aimed to provide foundational data for the legislative work required to revise the Building Act.
